Mr. Bryant became the Company’s General Counsel in 2003 after serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company in 2002, Mr. Bryant was a shareholder with the law firm of Baker Donelson Bearman & Caldwell in Nashville, Tennessee.
