Mr. Hull joined Healthcare Realty in 2004 and became Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2024. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for portfolio performance through the coordinated leadership of leasing, project management, asset management, and property operations. During his tenure at the Company, Mr. Hull has served in various capacities including Executive Vice President, Investments from 2017 to 2024. In this role, he managed the Company’s development and acquisition activity. Before joining the Company, Mr. Hull worked in the senior living and commercial banking industries.
