Mr. Crowley has been with Healthcare Realty for more than 18 years. As Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for the company’s acquisitions, dispositions, and development, and provides oversight of its joint venture relationships. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Senior Vice President, Investments. Since joining Healthcare Realty, Mr. Crowley has been directly involved with investment transactions valued at more than $5 billion.
